Miller's going to want to test the limits of Styx's security (but not too much) just to see what he can get away with. If there's a weakness (be it personnel or physical security), he's looking for it. As with his Widowmaker, he'll start with any publicly available information and dig down from there: operations, routines, partnerships, communications, any recent anomalies.
