- Persistent digging will link Styx personnel to several prominent local drug dealers. It seems that as far back as September, they were supplying local dealers with new and untested "product" to sell.
- There are also paper trails showing large payments made around the time of Project Widowmaker. These largely vanish into cash and it's unclear who they went to, but they are marked "contractors" in the ledger.
